We are a small behavioral health practice providing quality mental health care. As a mental health practice, we assist clients in navigating a variety of challenges through individual counseling sessions. At this time, we are only accepting adult clients (18+). All your appointments will take place in our soothing office environment with a fully private room, or from the comfort of your own home, car, or office (or wherever you can make it work!) via telehealth services.

Our office is conveniently located in Ellicott City, MD. Can’t make it into the office? No worries – we’ve got you covered with teletherapy.
